State Rep. Aaron Bernstine Reacts To State Budget

The Pennsylvania State House yesterday approved a 32.7 billion dollar budget for the 2018-2019 fiscal year by a 188-10 vote. The spending plan does not include a tax increase. The budget also includes 140 million dollars for education at all levels including 60 million for security, along with a 20-million-dollar deposit into the state’s Rainy Day Fund.
