(Pittsburgh, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that tonight and tomorrow night, weather permitting, single-lane restrictions in the inbound Liberty Tunnel in the City of Pittsburgh will occur. From 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on both tonight and tomorrow night, a single-lane restriction will occur in the inbound (northbound) Liberty Tunnel to let tunnel washing operations be conducted by crews.
