(Aliquippa, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver report that a man from Rochester was apprehended after speeding and driving under the influence in Aliquippa on Friday. Forty-two-year-old Ryan Lee was stopped by police on Franklin Avenue before he started speeding on State Route 51. After Lee crashed on the wet road, police pursued him on foot and arrested Lee when they caught him. Lee is in the Beaver County Jail with charges of driving under the influence and fleeing.
