A scary confrontation was caught on camera in Rochester Borough…and the video is now going viral on social media with more than 30,000 views. The video shows a man holding a sword and arguing with another man and woman in the middle of a street. At one point, the man appears as if he might attack the couple. Police say the three were arguing over money for cigarettes, and all three are facing charges, including public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
