A Republican state Representative is introducing legislation requiring all Pennsylvanians to present some form of I-D when they vote in every election. Representative Jeff Wheeland says House Bill 15-79 would allow for photo and non-photo options, like a current utility bill or bank statement. Voters who couldn’t produce a valid photo I-D would need two forms of non-photo I-D under this measure.
