Witnesses have reported seeing a funnel cloud or micro burst over top of the Rochester Area. The picture taken in this story was by Randy Lyons as he was traveling down route 18, Wal-mart hill as it is known, shortly after 1:30 p.m. today.  Stay tune to Beaver County Radio as we will keep you updated with this developing story. Mother Nature has not been kind to the Beaver County area over the last 48 hours. The photo clearly shows a funnel cloud touching the tops of the trees. Due to the quick melt of the snow and ice combined with all of the rain roadways are flooding and closing throughout the area. If you incur high water do not approach or drive thru the area.
