(Harrisburg, PA) According to a release in Harrisburg yesterday from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC), they voted 4-1 yesterday in the state to approve a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking which would formally incorporate key consumer protections into the PUC’s regulations, advancing an effort to provide long-term clarity, consistency, and stability for both utility customers and the utilities that serve them.
