(Beaver County, PA) Inclement weather which included heavy winds on Friday caused power outages around some areas in Western Pennsylvania. According to the Duquesne Light website, most customers that are experiencing the remaining power outages should be aware that their power is expected to be restored by 10 p.m. tonight, with many of them restored sooner.
