(Pittsburgh, PA) An ongoing investigation is being held by Pittsburgh police for some recent reported incidents of sexual assaults reported in the North Side of Pittsburgh during the hours of early morning at those times. According to Pittsburgh Police Zone 1, which covers the North Side, six sexual assaults have been reported in August of 2025 and police confirm that the description of the suspect is a white man that is smaller in stature driving a pickup truck that was white. Police also have the belief that this unidentified male suspect may be a repeat offender and these sexual assaults may be connected. Police in the area of the North Side of Pittsburgh are letting people know that extra precautions should be taken by calling 911, staying alert in spaces that are public and traveling with a group.
