Police Seek Lawrence County Man Accused Of Threatening Woman While Impersonating State Trooper

State Police are looking for a Lawrence County man accused of threatening a woman several times while impersonating a state trooper. According to state police, a felony warrant has been issued for 40-year-old David Rowbotham of Wampum. Investigators say Rowbotham called the 36-year-old victim from New Castle several times, claiming to a state trooper and recording the calls without her permission. He allegedly told her there was a burglary warrant out for her arrest and threatened her. He is described as a white male, about 5-feet-8-inches tall, weighs 235 pounds, has a shaved head and green eyes.
