(Raccoon Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release yesterday that they are investigating an incident in which the dog of an unidentified person who was arrested bit the victim on Green Garden Road in Raccoon Township. This occurred on February 4th, 2026 at 11:35 p.m.
