(Pittsburgh, PA) Police had to deploy pepper spray to break up a large fight outside Obama Academy in the East Liberty neighborhood of Pittsburgh on Friday. This happened around 8:41 p.m. after police received reports of a fight. The arriving officers requested assistance from other zones after approximately 200 juveniles gathered outside after a basketball game against Taylor Allderdice High School. Officers noticed a fight that involved approximately 40 to 50 juveniles and they used pepper spray to disperse the crowd. No arrests had been made and there were no injuries reported by any officers or civilians.
