(Harrisburg, PA) The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) is encouraging 2026-27 college students, graduate students, and their parents in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia to enter for a chance to win a no essay scholarship sweepstakes through the Keystone Student Loan Program worth $2,500. Anyone who opts in to receive communications, which is going to include tips on planning for and paying for college, between January 5th and May 1, 2026, will be entered into this scholarship sweepstakes.
