The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is suing Verizon over promised incentives it didn’t deliver on. The suit claims Verizon told customers they would receive an Amazon Echo or a free Amazon Prime subscription for selecting certain two-year contracts. Some consumers never received the promised items while Verizon continued to market the deal.
