Pennsylvania could be a key player in crowning this year’s Republican presidential nominee. That’s because Pennsylvania will send a whopping number of unpledged GOP delegates to July’s unsettled convention. A state party rule allows those 54 delegates to vote for whichever candidate they choose. That renders Pennsylvania’s April 26 primary election relatively meaningless.
