(Harrisburg, PA) PennDOT announced that all of their photo centers and driver’s license centers will be closed on Friday, July 4th to observe the Independence Day holiday. This includes their Harrisburg center that is full service. Vehicle and driver services online are available anytime on PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services website.
