Penn Med is withdrawing a five-point-two-three-million-dollar judgment against Ellwood City Medical Center. The two sides reached a partial settlement of the debt, which dates back to a four-and-a-half million dollar loan taken out in October 2017. The discontinue document does allow Penn Med to refile should something change in negotiations.
