PA Attorney General Dave Sunday sues Allegheny County contractor after he allegedly took money for jobs of home improvement with his business he did not finish

(Harrisburg, PA) Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday recently sued an Allegheny County contractor after the man allegedly took money for jobs of home improvement he did not finish. The lawsuit goes against Brian Myers and his business, Harpen Construction. According to Sunday, he has gotten ten complaints against Myers and his business since 2021. Sunday also confirmed someone paid Myers close to $60,000 for work that began eighteen months after signing a contract.
