(New Brighton, PA) Melissa Piotrowski, the owner of Head to Toes Salon, recently celebrated officially breaking ground on her brand-new location in New Brighton so construction can begin on the building. There was also a ribbon cutting and Piotrowski even popped some champagne to mark the occasion. Piotrowski developed a new space for state-of-the-art salon care to go with her new store.
