One person dead and one person detained after stabbing in the Hill District of Pittsburgh

(Pittsburgh, PA) An unidentified man has died, and another unidentified man was detained by police after a stabbing occurred in the Hill District of Pittsburgh yesterday evening. According to police, officers were called to the 2700 block of Webster Avenue just before 6 p.m. for reports of “two males” fighting. One of them had a stab wound to his torso and was pronounced dead at the scene. The second one was taken to police headquarters for questioning  after being detained and after he was evaluated at a hospital.
