One Arrested in Beaver Falls Drug Raid

Beaver County District Attorney Nate Bible sent out a press release late Monday afternoon stating that: “On Saturday, August 23rd 2025, The Beaver County Detective Bureau, The Beaver County Drug Task Force, HIDTA and the Beaver County ESU team executed a search warrant at 1712 4th Avenue In Beaver Falls, after a few week-long investigation of narcotics trafficking.”

According to the release the execution of this warrant resulted in the following items being seized:

  • Approximately 86 grams of crack cocaine
  • Approximately 12 grams of crack cocaine
  • Approximately 37 grams of fentanyl
  • Approximately 26 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine
  • Approximately 2.5 pounds of marijuana
  • 818 – Oxycodone pills
  • 286 – Xanax Bar
  • $7,766.00 in US currency

The search warrant also resulted in the arrest of Philip Riser, from Detroit, Michigan.  Riser was charged with numerous narcotics offenses and transported to the Beaver County Jail where he will await a preliminary hearing.
