(Rochester, PA) According to a release from Senator Elder Vogel, Jr.’s office, Vogel’s Rochester and Cranberry Township offices are available for those looking to apply for the Property Tax Rent Rebate Program. The deadline for this program is on December 31st, 2025. The maximum income limit currently is $46,520 and the range of maximum rebates is $380 to $1,000 depending on the renter or homeowner and their income levels.
