No Jail Time For Beaver County School Bus Driver Accused of Driving Students While Drunk

No jail time for a Beaver County school bus driver accused of driving students while drunk. Patti Komack was driving 13 Hopewell School District students in April 2015 when her co-workers accused her of driving drink. School district officials pulled her over mid-route and conducted a breathalyzer test. They said Komack blew a .042 percent. Komack, who worked in the district as a bus driver for 17 years, took a plea deal Tuesday that included six months probation, 12 months CDL license suspension, and enrollment in a drug and alcohol program. In exchange, all 13 counts of endangering the welfare of children were dropped, and she received no jail time.
