(New Beaver, Lawrence County, Pa.) Pa State Police in New Castle are reporting that they were called to the Green Meadow Trailer Court on Glenkirk Road in New Beaver Borough Sunday, October 23, 2022 at 5:49 PM.
Troopers said via release that Upon arriving on the scene and investigating it was learned that 32-year-old Christopher Novakovich of New Galilee has an active PFA against him by a 29-yer-old female victim and he violated the PFA. According to Troopers at 5:40 PM Novakovich walked up the road and made a handgun shape with his hand and pointed it at a 32-year-old female and a 32-year-old male both from Girard, Ohio. After Novakovich made the gun like motion he then made a hand motion like he was cutting his own neck. All three victims told the Troopers that they thought he was going to kill them.
Novakovich now faces multiple charges including Indirect Criminal Contempt charges that were filed for the first victim at the Lawrence County Court House and two citations for harassment for the other two victims were filed at the local magistrate’s office.
