(New Castle, Pa.) A New Castle woman who was in her 20’s was found dead down a slight embankment near a pond along Cascade Boulevard in New Castle yesterday.
State Troopers identified the woman as Jackie Rouzzo. Police said via release that there is no information about what led to her death.
