(Lawrence County, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in New Castle reported via release yesterday that an unidentified thirty-three-year-old man from New Castle was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in Lawrence County early that morning. At 3:49 a.m., the arrestee was highly intoxicated on 3208 US Highway 422 in Slippery Rock Township and the smell of alcoholic beverage was emitting from his breath and person. He was subsequently taken into custody for a legal blood draw and was arrested for DUI. Charges against the arrestee are pending.
