(Findlay Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Pittsburgh reported via release yesterday that sixty-two-year-old Joseph Downs of Moon Township had charges withdrawn by police after he caused a two-vehicle crash in Findlay Township on Saturday morning. At 6:01 a.m. that morning, Downs and fifty-two-year-old Tammy Kurfess of Industry were driving on I-376 East, and Downs hit the vehicle of Kurfess in the area of the Robinson Town Center Boulevard exit. Downs was transported to Allegheny General Hospital for evaluations of possible injuries.
