(Independence Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release today that thirty-year-old Jessica Mattheus of Monessen was arrested for driving under the influence in Beaver County early on the morning of January 31st, 2026. At 12:27 a.m., a one-vehicle crash into a hillside occurred on 188 Lincoln Highway in Independence Township and Mattheus was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Charges against Mattheus are pending.
