(Monaca Borough, PA) Monaca Borough Manager David Kramer posted on Facebook yesterday that Monaca Borough received a grant of $250,000 on Monday through the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. This funding will be for both the rehabilitation and the improvements of the Washington Avenue basketball and tennis courts. Those basketball courts, their hoops and storm drainage will be repaired, and those two tennis courts will be turned into four pickleball courts.
