The third and final debate at Penn State Beaver on October 4 was a battle for the State Representative spot in the 15th District, as current State Rep. Jim Christiana will not be seeking re-election. The two vying for the seat are Republican Josh Kail and Democrat Terri Mitko.

Kail made his main message clear early on in the debate:

 

Mitko agreed with the idea of opportunity sprouting up in Beaver County, a point she laid out in detail:

 

Later on Mitko, like Kail had done earlier, stated what her mission in Harrisburg would base itself off of:

 

But Kail was worried that Mitko’s policies would squander the possibility of taking advantage of these opportunities, and he feared the consequences:
