(Raccoon Township, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver reported via release yesterday that thirty-four-year-old James Lucas of Midland was charged after causing a single-vehicle crash on the evening of October 7th, 2025 in Raccoon Township. Lucas tried to make a right curve on the roadway and overturned his vehicle on 3898 Green Garden Road in Aliquippa at approximately 7:45 p.m. There were no reported injuries after this crash occurred.
