(Monaca, PA) A meeting will take place this Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Penn State Beaver auditorium in Monaca to discuss a permit. This permit would allow Shell to both expand and modify parts of its petrochemical plant operations that would directly impact the air quality in Beaver County.
