(Pittsburgh, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Pittsburgh reported via release on Saturday that thirty-two-year-old Dalaysha Goines of McKees Rocks had charges withdrawn by police after causing a two-vehicle crash in Pittsburgh on the evening of November 15th, 2025. Goines and sixty-year-old Herman Mcafoose Jr. of Kittaning, Pennsylvania were both traveling on the lower deck of the Fort Duquesne Bridge on I-279 South at 7:12 p.m. Mcafoose merged in front of Goines and Goines did not respond to Mcafoose abruptly stopping for traffic ahead. There were no reported injuries as a result of this crash and the charges of tailgating that Goines received were withdrawn.
