(McKees Rocks, Pa.) 23-year-old Khaream Miller of McKees Rocks plead guilty yesterday to voluntary man slaughter in an incident that occurred on February 5, 2022 in which during argument with Keith Glaser he shot him six times. Glaser died 12 days later at Allegheny General Hospital. Miller had a permit to carry a concealed weapon and no prior criminal history before the incident. Miller’s plea was part of a plea agreement with the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office.
A witness told police Miller and Glaser had past issues, said he saw punches thrown and then heard gunshots.
Miller told officials that he was attacked and knocked down and fired his gun out of fear.
Miller was sentenced to serve between three and six years in state prison.
