Man arrested temporarily and charged after trespassing at Kennywood when he was already prohibited from the park

(West Mifflin, PA) A man got arrested temporarily and now has several charges against him for trespassing at Kennywood when he was prohibited from entering the park. Terrelle Payne almost hit the general manager of the park when he threw brisket nachos at a customer service window on August 1st, 2023. Payne was seen at Kennywood on Sunday and threatened police. Payne signed a letter after being arrested to not return to Kennywood, Idlewild and Sandcastle to get released. The charges against Payne are multiple counts of terroristic threats, defiant trespassing and disorderly conduct.
