(Punta Cana, Dominican Republic) The last person to allegedly see missing University of Pittsburgh student Sudiksha Konanki has been issued a full ruling by a judge to clear him in her case of disappearance. Joshua Riibe, a student at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, was seen with Konanki in a surveillance video walking towards a beach. Konanki disappeared in Punta Cana on March 6th. Riibe also got a new passport after the law firm that represents him requested one from the U.S. Embassy.
