(Harrisburg, PA) The upcoming 2024 Presidential Election here in Pennsylvania will be a little more accurate as a Pennsylvania court ruled that ballots with hand-written dates to be mailed in breaches the voting rights of the state. The CommonWealth Court of Pennsylvania ruled 4-1 on Friday that voters that forgot to include the date on their ballot makes their vote unconstitutional and could have themselves disqualified. Pennsylvania has continued to remain a state that could decide the election between Presidential nominees Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.
