UNDATED (AP) — Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden wants Congress to grant citizenship immediately to more than 800,000 U.S. residents who were brought to the country illegally as children. The former vice president outlined the policy days before the first Democratic primary debates this week. He also wants more spending on electronic security at borders instead of President Donald Trump’s proposed wall.
