Jerry Sandusky To Be Re-Sentenced For His Crimes

Jerry Sandusky is getting a new sentencing hearing. The former Penn State defensive coordinator is going to be resentenced for a 45-count conviction on child sexual abuse charges. The state Superior Court ruled Tuesday the 75-year-old was improperly sentenced using mandatory minimums.
