(Hershey, PA) The CEO of Hershey’s Parks, John Lawn, confirms that a nine-year-old child died on Thursday after an incident at The Boardwalk at Hersheypark, a waterpark in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Lawn did not release any details leading up to the incident or details of what actually happened to the child. The child was pronounced dead at Milton S. Hershey’s Medical Center despite the efforts of those that tried to help the child survive. There is currently an open and ongoing investigation into the death of this child.
