(Aliquippa, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver report that a man from Aliquippa was arrested for possessing drugs in Aliquippa on July 7th, 2025. Twenty-one-year-old Javiheir Lowe was stopped by police on the 500 block of Monaca Road during a traffic stop. According to police, Lowe was found to be in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and the investigation of this incident is ongoing.
