(Hookstown, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in Beaver are reporting that they were called to the scene of a single vehicle accident on Hanover Kendall Road in Hookstown  at 1:45 A.M. on Thursday, December 12, 2024. 58 year-old Rex Freer lost control of his vehicle upon exiting a curve and hit a tree. Freer was transported to the Beaver Medical Center with suspected minor injuries. He was charged by State Police with not “Driving a Vehicle at a Safe Speed”
