A Harmony Township woman was accepted into a plea program for first-time offenders after she was accused of leaving drug paraphernalia in the back seat of a car on April 3rd where a 16-month-old child was seated. According to online court records, Ellice J. Platz, 21, entered into the Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition program. Those who successfully complete the program can petition the court to have their records expunged.
