(New Brighton, Pa.) Even a cold damp rainy evening didn’t dampen the spirits of Halloween at the New Brighton Halloween Parade. Beaver County Radio’s Frank Sparks and Eddy Crow hosted a live broadcast  on the Beaver County Radio Facebook Page and You Tube Channel.There were seven High School Bands and many different community groups who showed off their Halloween spirit dressing their favorite costumes for all who attended the parade.
