A Freedom couple is facing charges after their children were found living in filth. Police were called to Albert and Katie Chadwell’s home on Sixth Avenue home earlier this month for a report of a fight and found the residence filled with feces, urine-soaked mattresses and rat droppings. Four small children – including an eight-month-old baby – were living in the home and sleeping on the floor.
