(Hopewell Township, Beaver County, Pa.) Hopewell Township officials are  warning   anyone wishing to post  political signs on the islands at the Five Points intersection in Hopewell Township not to do so.  The signs will be removed and will be placed behind the police station where they can be picked up.  The township has a program in place where only flowers are to be planted there by those designated to do so.
