(Lawrence County, PA) Pennsylvania State Police in New Castle reported via release yesterday that fifty-nine-year-old Ernest Emery of Ellwood City was arrested yesterday morning for harassing a man in Slippery Rock Township of Lawrence County. This occurred along the Shaffer Road area at 7:52 a.m. According to police, upon further investigation, it was determined that Emery engaged in a course of conduct that was intended to harass the victim, forty-seven-year-old Ryan Mitchell of Ellwood City.
