(Beaver County, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that beginning on Tuesday, July 22nd, weather permitting, drilling operations on Route 68 on Midland Road will occur. Starting that day and going through Friday, July 25th, an eastbound shoulder restriction will happen on Route 68 between Smiths Ferry Road and Spring Lane Road. On that Ohioville Borough road, drilling operations will be conducted by crews from Armstrong Drilling.
