(Beaver Falls, PA) PennDOT District 11 announced that beginning Friday, April 25th weather permitting, drilling operations will occur on Route 18 in Beaver Falls in the area of 7th Avenue and College Avenue. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays through the middle of May, lane restrictions will occur between 18th Street and 32nd Street. Concrete core drilling operations will be conducted by crews from ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC and Armstrong Drilling.
