Hopewell Township is another area, like Potter that has seen its share of coyotes, according to a Game Commission spokesman residing in the township. According to Beaver County Radio News Correspondent Sandy Giordano, the spokesman said it is a problem year round because of the wooded areas. He advises residents to keep their pets in the house, and get rid of trash. One of the areas that has seen its share of coyotes is near the school district’s baseball fields.
